Great location in the old town - easy to walk to from ferry, but just enough away from crowds. The house had all essentials, great bathrooms, beds and balconies. We enjoyed sitting out in balcony to have breakfast or a 5.00pm drink.
We felt like we were in a fishbowl but got used to it. Because house so cute people take a lot of photos and there is a restaurant right out front door which you walk through.

Beautiful house, great location (pretty), walking distance to everything including beach. Clean. Great host, super helpful and going the extra mile (he got me ice, let me borrow his converter..: the little things that make a difference!).
Could add a chair/ mini couch. Minor observation.

Amazing townhouse in the heart of Skiathos, enough room for a family of four, AC is working well and beds are comfy. The host is very uncomplicated and easy going. There are a number of grocery shops and bakeries around for buying supplies for breakfast. Otherwise, Foodie Café is recommended. Meráki House is close to the Main Tourist Street but far away enough. The Pizzeria which is literally located on the doorstep of the Apartment is delicious, try the Pasta and local Repi Beer.
It would be great if olive oil was part of the basic complimentary equipment in the kitchen.
