Ottima posizione per girare tutto a piedi. Pochi minuti dalla linea metro/treno che porta in aeroporto. Qualche minuto in più per la stazione principale. Appartamento spazioso con cucina, macchina del caffè, tavolo, divano e wifi.

Con piccoli accorgimenti sarebbe il top. Tra questi: presenza di macchina del caffè Nespresso vertuo ma non vengono fornite capsule; no olio; solo un set di asciugamani a persona che per un soggiorno prolungato è poco; ventola di aspirazione del bagno cieco piena di polvere. Consiglio di implementare questi pochi servizi

Overall, I do not recommend this property. Despite its perfect location right in the city center, I cannot recommend this place due to the poor communication with the staff and lack of cleanliness. First of all, communication with the property staff is difficult, they do not respond to messages promptly. Even a day before our arrival, we still had no information about the check-in procedure, and the check-in time had not been confirmed by the property. Another problematic issue was the very late check-in and the €200 deposit, which was not released quickly by the property. We were promised a refund immediately after check-out, but that did not happen. Another issue, if we are paying a deposit, I expect the apartment to be free of any defects. However, the shower was damaged, and we had to officially report it to make sure we wouldn’t be blamed later and that the property wouldn’t refuse to return the deposit. This caused a lot of stress. Additionally, the apartment was not properly cleaned, I found hair in the shower, on the toilet, all over the floor, and even in the bed and under the pillow. We were offered cleaning and repairs the next day, but we didn’t have time to let anyone in, and besides, what’s the point of cleaning once our belongings are already there? Cleaning should have been done beforehand, especially since the check-in time is so late. If you don’t mind the cleanliness issues, poor communication, and you only care about the good location, then I can recommend it. Otherwise, I advise against staying here.
