The apartment is very well located, in a nice and well-maintained residence. The luggage storage service at their office is also very convenient.

The main issue was the bed. Very small (around 1.40m) and extremely noisy. Every single movement makes a loud noise and wakes the other person up, which made it almost impossible to sleep properly. We stayed for 4 nights and had a very poor sleep experience because of this. We reported the issue the day after our arrival, but the host only replied that nobody had complained about the bed before. However, there was actually a recent review from less than two weeks earlier mentioning the exact same problem. I also asked for an extra bedsheet so I could try sleeping on the sofa, as the bed was so uncomfortable, but I never received one. The sofa itself is very old and not comfortable. For a 4-night stay in summer, having only two towels was also not enough, although two additional towels were sent after our complaint.

The bed makes noises..

My train was delayed coming from Seville. The communication with the property manager was excellent through WhatsApp. He was waiting for me as my taxi arrived. Everything was easy. It has all the facilities you could need. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet at night time.

It was all good.

Rania was very nice but there was a problem with the keys and we had to wait in the room until she could get us another type of key to enter the place and that took more than an hour.

It was difficult to find the parking; we're a bit worried and hope we won't get a fine for going into an area looking for it. We finally found it, but later on that evening we were told that we had to take our car out of the parking and go find another one (something to do with the elevators in the car par but talking to the attendant-he knew nothing). Luckily there was another parking nearby with space but it was incredibly annoying and now I'm still waiting to get a refund for the parking that we had already paid for but then couldn't use. There was also a problem with the bathroom sink.
