Great location, comfy well equipped house

Great location, parking space was very useful, house had everything you could need, beds were comfy and lovely big towels

The house needs a bit of a spruce up, there are cracks in the walls and some wear and tear and it could look lovely with a bit of time and effort. Some personal touches would also help, and things like towel hooks/rails in the bathroom, hooks in the bedrooms, mirrors in the bedrooms and a surface to put personal items, hairbrush etc. The cleaning, particularly the bathroom needs improving

Met our needs for a 2 day stay...comfy bed and fluffy towels

House was too hot arrival 24 o C ..had to.open windows to cool down..thermostat set at 22 we turned down to 18..much more comfortable on day 2 More dining chairs only a bench ..seating 3 at a squeeze and 1 chair..could sleep 5 people without the sofa bed. Overall basic..property looking tired...needs a deep clean in places ..bathroom around window bit of mould..and on the blind...some re grouting required. More bowls in kitchen for fruit...or crisps. As the bathroom.is quite large could a stand alone shower be fitted ..I think more people use that than a shower in bath these days Parking should mote for small cars only..the drive along a very uneven road with one side falling away from the actual driveway

Space and location

Lack of information sheet or email for guests explaining how to put on central heating and where off street parking was. Had to make 5 phone/calls emails on arrival to sort it all out - v stressful Off street parking was really tight-we do r have a big car and it wasn’t easy to park the car- a wide entrance to the space would have helped

Lovely accomodation in a great location!

I liked the location, the ammenities in the property and bedrooms.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. We had to get in touch with management as the bedding for the sofa bed was not provided.

Very nice apartment

The house was beautifully appointed, clean, and tidy. Fresh looking., quite a spacious apartment. Good walk into Bath city centre.

Generally happy with the house and facilities, although 4th lady was not happy with the sofabed.

Location was good and not too far from centre. Useful to tell people that 8 bus runs nearby. Kitchen very adequately equipped.

The sofabed was too narrow and awkward in shape, even for one person. More instructions required about locking front door from outside as key fob rather than attached key is used. Have to guess. Although garden is mentioned, it is full of dandelions and cannot really be used to sit in. Although alot was mentioned about great coffee machine, it did not seem to have the appropriate basic instructions and did not work (probably needed descaling) so we could not use it.

Great location for visiting Bath centre which was the purpose of our stay.

The location of the property was good also a big plus was a parking space although the lane to get to it was unkempt, pot holes uneven. There property was very close to bus stop which took you to Bath centre. Provisions of tea coffee and milk were ample.

Inside the property was very tired and in need of a good freshen up. There was also a crisp packet behind one of the beds.

Breakfast was not provided. The location was ok. A lot of student rental properties in the area. The street was quiet which was great.

The bath mat in the bathroom needs replacing and should be replaced regularly due to a lot of black mold on the underneath. A bit of a health hazard. It wouldn’t cost much to replace. They are only about £6 from Dunelm. Attention to those sort of details are important. Also the garden was unkempt back & front. Kerb appeal was certainly missing. Again it wouldn’t take much to tidy up the garden, it’s only a small plot. Also the bolt at the bottom of the back door does not work. That only needs slight adjustment for it to work & perhaps a little fed 49 on it. Also the wall in the dining room by the table a little unclean. A regular clean and lick of paint would be all that needs.

It is a great house on a quiet street, the living space allowed our group plenty of room to socialise and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were all clean and working great. It was lovely to have access to a coffee machine and pods provided.

It is worth noting that the pull out sofa bed is obviously a little less comfortable than a normal mattress, but it does a fine job!

I t was great to be near Oldfield Park shops and easy access to walk into Bath.

It was warm and cosy with plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. The coffee machine, being stocked with toilet roll, washing up liquid etc was a considerate touch.

The location was amazing. We walked into town every day. The beds were super comfy and the linen was fresh and clean. The nespresso was amazing! I didn't expect that and it was honestly so nice!

The single bed had lots of broken slats which meant my friend had to lift the mattress and put them back in place as it wasn't sturdy but once she'd done that it was ok! There was a lack of seating in dining room and 7 people did not fit at the table and ate my food on my lap, it wasn't an issue at all to me but I was suprised! The benches that are at the dining table had wobbly legs so we actually ended up avoiding sitting on one in fear we'd break it. Probably just needs tightening. Also, could do with more mugs in kitchen. None of this affected our stay though, it's just some constructive criticism :-)

Great location close to the city and very comfortable

The city centre was a short walk away from the property. The property itself was very comfortable and spacious (as advertised) and was well appointed/furnished. Would definitely book this again.

good location but not value for money. It felt like a tired student house rather than a holiday home.

The bedrooms were nicely furnished and the kitchen, though small, was fine for what we needed.

The carpets were stained, the kitchen utensils limited (there were no dinner mats and no chopping board), the bathroom was very tired, the water too hot from the shower and the shower leaked due to a mouldy broken shower screen seal.

Overall it was a lovely stay!

The property was in a great location, 20 minutes walk to Bath City centre which is a beautiful City! It was great that we had 3 bedrooms and that we could make our own breakfast.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property the only thing i would say is it could of been cleaner the toilet bin still had rubbish in it from the previous guests! But then i do have OCD when it comes to cleaning.
