Peaceful/Braves Stadium/Near I-75/Grt WIFI/Sleeps 6

Great, comfortable place with enough space for a small family. Having ample supplies of coffee and toiletries like shampoo were a nice touch! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area.

There was a slight initial miscommunication on the entry key code for check-in. However, that was quickly taken care of by the host as they were ultra-responsive.Other than that, everything was great and as expected. Location was perfect for quick Ubers to the baseball park. Property was clean and did not have a ridiculous list of check-out instructions. I would stay here again.

Absolutely loved the house. unfortunately there was a few things that needed attending to. I replaced the 9v Battery in the FireAlarm. The dowstairs since was clogged and the draining of the water was extremely slow. The Garbage disposal was not working, so that caused issues with draining. The oven was smoking when warming up a dinner. I put the self cleaning mode on due to the amount of Smoke. The sink in MB was clogged with hair and the scales battery were dead. Minus all those things it was a nice place to stay. I didn't care for the communication of the managment company. I rather communicate with a personal/owner. I shared we had lost our brother and thus why we were there. The responses from back to each communicaion about the items needing attention, was inpersonal and robotic and confusing between who responded on the portal...

We evacuated here to Georgia from Florida’s Hurricane Milton. This ended up being a vacation much more than an evacuation. Communication with Jason was effortless and he was very responsive. The townhome is darling and extremely clean. The details in this home are what made it so fun and home like. I told my boys this was like a mini Cracker Barrel store the way it was decorated perfectly. The kitchen, living room and bedrooms are so nice and very spacious. The powder room in the master bedroom was made for a princess. I felt so spoiled! The neighborhood is wonderful. It was close to Kroger to shop for groceries and many restaurants in the area also. What I loved the most is that it was next to many walking trails ( you need to get there by car). We were so happy here and didn’t want to go back to Florida. Georgia is an incredible State that we enjoyed visiting and would love to come back to visit one day. Thank you so much Jason for your Southern Hospitality!
