Great host, clean property with a 10 minute or less commute to grocery, restaurants and Truist Park. The home had everything we needed to accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids. Hope to stay at Rico’s place again when returning to GA.

I had a small surprise party here and I can say I had a very pleasant stay afterwards. The pictures definitely make the house look great but it’s somehow even better in real life! The host was very attentive and he answered every question to the best of his abilities. Definitely recommend and would 100% book again!

This house is in a nice location and a good price. Provided a grill that was convenient. Styled nicely. BUT a few things need to be improved: The front of the house was overgrown with Virginia creeper weeds all over the house, looked abandoned. The refrigerator has no shelves, just tack everything on top of each other? One towel per bed, with six visitors and four towels and washcloths, is not enough.The master bath shower has a significant constant leak that needs to be repaired.
