Clean. Worth money. One thing to improve is to pressure wash the back porch (Pollen was thick) and knock the spider webs off the back.

Great Experience! We (family if 5)were in town to see all the major sights, aquarium, zoo, museums, etc. It was a great landing spot, extremely close to food, gas, interstate, groceries. Clean, organized, very quiet. Comfy king and queen beds. If we go back to Atlanta, this will be a top choice for future stays.Host was very quick to respond to any inquiries. Smooth experience!
