Cable was working only on main TV Internet was not working on any TV's due to router needing to be replaced
was fix at the end of our stay. We were told from property manager we would be compensated for our trouble of having to wait for service people to come, However we have not heard anything yet

Overall the place is great! Ive been to the monarch before from someone else and its alot of fun. This unit was on the far side and has alot of space to move around in. We had an issue with the tv spqzzing on and off and ruined our football night and the ice machine didnt work. The pull out couch in the bunk bedroom was very rough to sleep on as you can feel the springs digging through the mattress. Minor things which didnt take away from our experience overall though. The hot tub and pool combo is very nice, just have to be wary of some rude guests. The grills next to the pool is very convenient. Very enjoyable place to stay and to bring your family out too.

Condo was large enough for our group of six. Kitchen well equipped, which was nice. Paperwork had incorrect key codes but was quickly remedied by the realtor. Overall pleasant stay.
