Porthallow Cottage is a delightful, dog-friendly, two-bedroom retreat featuring a private hot tub and an enclosed rear courtyard. Recently renovated to an exceptional standard in 2023, this charming cottage offers modern comforts in a cosy, welcoming space. Downstairs, an open-plan living and kitchen area provides a comfortable space to relax, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes everything you'll need for a stress-free stay. Upstairs, both bedrooms feature en-suite shower rooms for added privacy. The master bedroom has a double bed and a Velux window that fills the room with natural light, while the second bedroom includes a superking bed that can be split into twin singles to suit your preference.
High-speed internet is available throughout the cottage, with additional access in the main courtyard and swimming pool areas.
Shared parking for guests is conveniently located at the front of the complex.

We absolutely loved the cottage it was very smart, clean and had everything we needed for the week.
The facilities are great the swimming pool and sauna were a highlight and the kids loved the park area.
The staff on site are very friendly and gave us some good tips on places to visit.
Would definitely consider coming again in the future if we return to cornwall.

Chose this spot as a perfect graduation stopover for Falmouth University. Its only 10 minutes away from the Penryn campus, a straightforward drive there. Took Porthallow as it had a hot tub and two bedrooms, as we had the Uni Grad and her BF and it was a bit of a treat for her. Loved the swimming pool, and used that along with the communal hot tub there, the one at the cottage was in the shade, so we only used that in the evening. It was a shame the communal pool closed so early, 18:00, as we would have liked to use it after visiting surrounding areas. Did have an issue with the hot tub, which was very quickly sorted - excellent communication. Accommodation itself was clean, spacious and not lacking in anything, although I did find the bed a bit hard. There was no hair dryer, which I should have seen on the details, so don't forget to pack your own! If I was to come back to this area, I wouldn't hesitate to stay over here again.

The complex is lovely; being close to the pool was great. Interior of our cottage very clean, but shabby; slight let down for the price, once we saw standard of the others. Looked better in the photos. Sure it will be lovely once renovated, but we felt a bit short changed.
