Renovated in 2023, Newlyn Cottage is a charming three-bedroom retreat situated in a quiet corner of the main Tresooth courtyard. Spread over two levels and featuring a private bathroom for each bedroom, Newlyn is ideal for groups of friends, though families will also feel right at home. The cottage boasts a welcoming open-plan living and dining area, complete with a cosy log burner for relaxing evenings. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay.
On the ground floor, a superking bedroom includes an en-suite shower room. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms can each be arranged as 2 x superkings or a superking and twin bedroom, offering flexible accommodation options. One of these bedrooms also has an en-suite shower, while a main bathroom with a bathtub serves the upstairs floor.
Outside, guests can relax on Newlyn's private patio with a picnic table, offering views of the beautifully landscaped courtyard and flower beds. Parking is shared with other cottages and conveniently located at the front of the complex.

Beautifully renovated buildings, impeccably clean. Games room enjoyed by kids & adults alike. Pool, sauna & hot tubs were fabulous. The welcome treats of cake, biscuits, teas, coffees etc were very gratefully received after a long journey.

Really lovely cottage, clearly newly decorated and upgraded. There was a fabulous welcome hamper when we arrived. The kitchen was really well equipped with cloths, tea towels and cleaning products. Whenever we bumped into staff they were polite and helpful. We would definitely return.

We had a wonderful time staying at Tresooth Cottages. Our cottage has recently been renovated and was spacious and clean. We can't fault the customer service, we requested a travel cot and a high chair for our 11 month old and when we arrived, everything was set up. They even provided a stair gate and had a child lock on the under sink cupboard, which was much appreciated. The location is perfect for exploring Cornwall and Falmouth beach is just a 10 min drive away. We'd love to return some time soon!!
