About this cottage rental
Experience our beautiful 4-season, 240-feet lakefront home in Muskoka, 2 hours from Toronto, and 20 minutes from the charming towns of Port Carling and Bracebridge.
The cottage is in Three Mile Lake, nestled in 1.6 acres of nature, very private, and surrounded by exuberant nature.
Enjoy the large outdoor area with a hot tub for 6 guests and a fireplace where all can gather.
Explore the lake shore area, the dock and watching beautiful sunsets.
THE SPACE
Our lovely and cozy home is furnished and decorated with a mix of modern and classic pieces, giving a relaxed and peaceful vibe.
The open concept design integrates a gourmet kitchen (with oven and cooktop, microwave, full-sized fridge, and dishwasher), the dinning and living rooms (with fireplace), where the whole family can spend memorable moments.
The cottage has a large wrap around deck where you can relax, BBQ, and enjoy the privacy that the massive trees around the property provide.
Our Home has also 3 very comfortable and well decorated bedrooms and a bathroom. We also have a laundry area with washing machine, dryer, and a sink.
GUEST ACCESS
Our Lake Home is accessible throughout the year.
We have plenty of parking spaces at the visitor's parking area right after the red gate on the left side of the property entrance. We recommend to park in this area during the Winter as the driveway is steeped and may become slippery.
Additionally, we have more parking spots by the end of the driveway, close to the house.
You will have access to the whole property including the cottage, a brand new hot tub (6-person), the outdoor fireplace area, the BBQ grill, and the dock.
Some features won't be available during the Winter due to excessive amount of snow (outdoor fireplace, BBQ grill, and the dock).
For security purposes, outdoor cameras are installed. There are no indoor cameras.
The guests will have my contact number to be used in case of need over their stay, at any time.

What a beautiful, quiet, getaway. The atmosphere is a dream with wide open space inside and out. Nature's beauty as far as the eye can see and all the comforts you could imagine.

Beautiful place, a true oasis and has all the comforts you will need for a cottage stay (great dock, warm water to swim in, hot tub, and beautiful cottage). The address wasn't clear but we were very greatful Flavio answered our call when we arrived to clarify. He was very helpful leading up the trip- i had a few questions during the planning stage and he was able to answer them for me.
