The location between Orta San Giulio and Masiano. The beautiful garden well maintained.

The dirty smell of the dogs when you are at the swiming pool. The lack of light inside. The lack of outdoor table and chairs with intimacy for a potential diner outside. The far long distance by foot to the Orta center (especially because it's not road for pedestrians). The feeling to bother.

Challenging to get here as the address listed was incorrect and the host’s phone number was also incorrect! Very narrow streets made it difficult to drive in the neighborhood behind property location. Once we finally found the property the host told us that there were additional fees for cleaning, air conditioning, which didn’t work, and towels that needed to be paid in cash after we have already paid $850.00 for 2 nights.

Communication and access to the host of this property. I’ve not seen them since we checked in and I don’t have a phone number to contact regarding our concerns.
