The view here cannot be beat anywhere! The ease to get to the beach is indeed just steps away and they have chair/umbrella service right there so if you need that it’s super easy! The entire neighborhood is super adorable and friendly. The security makes you feel extra safe and since it’s right next to the preserve it really feels cozy, safe and just a perfect place to relax. The decor is soft beachy blues and very clean and comfy! Our three generation family of four had an amazing time! Plenty of restaurant options within short drive.

This was our second stay at this amazing condo. It was immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bed in the master is so incredibly comfortable! We are already planning our next visit.

Been to Pinnacle Port several times. Always stayed in the mid rise buildings. The beach is never busy/overcrowded. On Friday there wasn't anyone even near us. We did have the seaweed issue this time, but it was especially bad everywhere this year. Normally it's always clear when we've been here . We walked down the the inlet at the lake at least once a day, sometimes twice. The condo was decorated nicely. It has by far the best views of the beach and sunset. The chairs on the balcony are great I'm glad it didn't have a slider door. The ones that we've stayed in with a slider the handles seems to fall apart when we've stayed. The recliners almost came home with me, they were comfy as was the King Bed. The condo had anything you needed We wouldn't have needed to pack our fans as they already had them. They had all the beach stuff though we had our own so we didn't use it. There was plenty of parking and it is all a close walk to the elevator or beach. I actually parked closer to the vehicle entrance side so I could haul our stuff with my wagon to and from my truck each day. The grilling area is nice, I only used it once this stay and made some excellent pork steaks. There were only two condos in use on the 7th floor during our stay. We sort of made friends with our neighbors. I want to give a shout out to the onsite The Little Beach Cafe for the excellent breakfast sandwich I had. The only gripe I have which isn't a condo problem was the QR code for the gate entry that they have now implemented. I'd be scrambling through my phone trying to find it when we would come back. Not sure if the qr could be printed on a card and then scanned as you could keep that handy in reach on the dash. They said we could just use the paper if the QR didn't work, it worked for me but was just a hassle. Grocery stores right outside of the gated area. Publix seems to have good sushi according to my wife. Their beach gear is normally cheaper than the beach store prices. Being that it's gated I felt safe letting my teenage daughters go back and forth to the condo/beach on their own here. When I come back in a couple years this is the one I'm gonna book. The host stayed in constant contact with us from when we left home until now. She is really concerned for her guests and wants to make sure everything goes well. I really liked that interaction. I felt we could contact her at anytime about anything.

Although the location was ideal,
And the condo sufficient for our needs- the air conditioner was not working properly. We couldn’t get the temp below 80 degrees and we had fans. It wasn’t altogether uncomfortable but was definitely disappointing.
