Enjoy our lovely beach house named the LIONFISH INN located in the community of Grande Pointe in Inlet Beach moments from the sugar-white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in South Walton and to Lake Powell, a rare coastal dune lake. Tucked away just north of Scenic Highway 30A, this lovely decorated, 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home has a delightful two-story floor plan with two covered porches. This is a family-oriented neighborhood, NOT A PARTY HOUSE!
As you enter, you will find 10-ft. ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors throughout the common areas with plush carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen has granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances including Electrolux stove and oven. The home is on a rare expansive corner lot with parking on a brick paved driveway. The bathrooms feature tile and granite with a bathtub and shower combination in the full guest bathroom and a walk-in shower in the master ensuite. The master bedroom is spacious and has exclusive access to a private covered balcony. Electric, 6-person golf cart available for guests.

This house was absolutely beautiful and the perfect space for our family of 8! It was so clean and well maintained! The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved the open layout. The beds were all comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the LSV was an added bonus! We loved every aspect of this house and it made for a great vacation! We definitely plan to stay again next year!

The property is beautiful. Inlet beach is perfect. Just far enough from rosemary that the beaches are less crowded but close enough to get there if you want. I will say if staying best to bike where you can the golf cart is nice but you have to cross a major highway and it was hairy at times. (Not sure if there are headlights on the cart). The only reason I give it less than 5 stars is there were really only 2 bikes…. One had a flat tire that will require a new seal to pump up and the others were on a separate lock and we weren’t able to find the code. With it being July 4th we were unable to reach to anyone so we just made do. The second thing is more feedback. The housekeeping staff must have been rushed as the house was not very clean. Other than that we had a great time and really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood.
