The breathtaking ocean views from this home can’t be beat. This nautical three-story home has everything you need out of a vacation home.

The main level of the home has an open-concept living room with a TV and wood burning fireplace, a dining room that seats six, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. When guests head downstairs they’ll find one bedroom, one game room with two beds for extra sleeping space, and a large hall bathroom that doubles as a laundry room. Up on the top floor, guests can relax in yet another living room. The couches face the ocean-view windows, making it the perfect place to take in the view, or take a nap while listening to the sound of the ocean waves. The top floor also has an additional bedroom, a bathroom, a mini fridge and a loft accessed by a ladder. The top floor also has access to two balconies - one on either side of the home.

Outside, enjoy hanging on the deck. A picnic table makes outdoor dining easy. Don’t forget to take a dip in the private hot tub for maximum relaxation.

It is a 5-min walk to the beach access point which a slight incline on the walk back to the property. -/ Steep driveway -/ Will need to bring your own ground coffee (unless it was left by previous guests) -/ While it is not officially listed, there is an outdoor grill, but it is not the most functional

This home has beutiful views but has many stairs to enter the home. I would not recommend it for older people or those with any physical limitations.The home was clean and well furnished.There is no access to the beach from this home. It is about a four block walk to beach access down a steep road with no sidewalks.

I loved staying here with my family. It was a comfortable, 3 level, 4 bedroom space — we mostly hung out upstairs where the view is the best. The hot tub was great. The parking was a little bit of musical cars, but we knew the set up ahead of time and managed ok. Oversized towels were provided for the hot tub, and every bathroom well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and make up remover. I loved watching the whales spouting daily off shore. We had a wonderful time together.

We enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful and we had almost all we needed. The house has seen some better days. Definitely has had its fair share of renters and it’s starting to show. Furniture is banged up, tiles are broken on the floor, and the pots and pans are of such poor quality we were wishing we had brought our own. We had the space our family needed and were comfortable enough, but will be looking around the area for a different place to stay next time with the hopes that it will be better kept. Our family would be happy to return if the house was updated.

The views were absolutely breathtaking!! The house was just as described. The only issue we had was parking two cars and a truck in the driveway. There was a ton of stairs, but definitely worth the climb. We most definitely would rent this house again.

It’s a beautiful home, but the access is very difficult. Our first problem we encountered was the dishwasher did not work at all. And then the coffee maker didn’t work right and made a big mess of water flowing all over before we got it Shut off and then one of the major doors stopped working. There is a wood stove, but no wood to use it. The cleaning people left a rag in the oven and we did not notice it until It had been preheating for a few minutes. I noticed the smoke coming out of it. I opened the door and found a burned cloth Underneath one of the hot coils. People on here have said how steep the driveway was, but I didn’t realize a Driveway could be that steep and narrow. The listing said that you can park two cars in the garage, but you could not get out of them If you did. The hot tub was great and the view, especially from upstairs are awesome..

Nice house and great location. But water pressure was very low when taking showers. Also, this house is suited for families but oddly the base utensils in the house are sorely lacking (we found 2 spoons). Really consider addressing these ailly things. Also, if you're going to offer late checkout, dont charge your guests. Ridiculous to extend that kind of courtesy then turn arpund a request a payment. There is NO justtidication for this. Low class

We spent days researching houses before settling on this one for our family get together, and it was the right choice! The interior is well-decorated, there's a huge amount of space, and the view is outstanding. We brought a spotting scope and saw countless whales from the upstairs balcony. The hot tub worked great, the kids LOVED the little loft area, and there were plenty of places to sit and relax, eat, or do activities. Be forewarned, the house is up a hill from the beach. That's part of the reason it has such a wonderful view, but it's also why you have to walk for 5-10 minutes before reaching the beach. The hill is modestly steep, so you're going to get a bit of a workout walking back to the house. Seven-year-old kids were able to do it, so chances are you probably can too! Also, the beds are not king size. So prepare for a more snug sleeping experience if you're used to a king bed! Overall, we highly recommend staying here!

The views are amazing. We loved looking at the ocean and waves. The beds are comfortable, and the air hockey table was a great surprise for the kids. Every part of the house was clean, even though the bathrooms are a little dated. We would have an appreciated some patio furniture to enjoy the decks, but there wasn’t a single chair on any of the decks. Also, some type of cable or streaming service would have been cool to watch tv or movies at night. The TV is a smart TV, so at least we could cast from our phones, but other than that, it’s just YouTube that is available. We had an issue with the grill the one time we used it, only about 10% of the burner worked. It’s a small camp-like grill to begin with, so cooking just took longer since everything had to rotate over the part that worked. Definitely had a feel of a commercial vacation service, not a personal owner that may still visit the house. For instance, there are probably 24 spatulas, but 5 spoons. The dishes, cups, pots and pans are worn out, but they are there. The house definitely met our needs for a week and the views are some of the best around. The driveway became an adventure each time we had to park. We would happily spend another week at the house. The small issues did not take away from the amazing stay.

The location was great, as was the home layout. Be prepared for some stair climbing, but this is part of the place's charm. Potential great views if not for the fairly dirty windows to look out of. As others have said in reviews, just make sure you're ready for a very steep and challenging driveway. The ladies in our group were very reluctant to try and park there.

Amazing views, great location within walking distance to public beach access. Very steep and narrow driveway. Tesla charger in the garage with room for two cars! This was our 4th stay at this property and we’ll be back in the future.

This house has a lot of positives. The view was amazing, there was plenty of space and the hot tub was clean (altho you can't see the surf without standing up). Unfortunately, the kitchen has one of the most incomplete jumbles of plateware and utensils we've ever seen, there were water leaks on two floors, one bathroom smelled terribly of urine and some of the furniture is in rough shape. It really didn't live up to the price point.

First of all the view is amazing! Seriously one of the best parts of the house. Overall this is a great place to host a big group event. The beds were comfortable-there were lots of bathrooms. Nice kitchen- plenty of dishes. The pots and pans are old and the grill outside was GROSS. Also the WiFi cut in and out the whole time we were there. Overall we would stay here again!

This property was exceptionally clean and exactly fit the needs of our family. The views are stunning. Beach access is a short walk down the road to a public beach access point. Maybe a 5 min stroll to the beach. The driveway is steep but this did not cause any issues whatsoever for us. The WiFi was flaky but one instance it was the cable modem that didn’t have a signal, the other time the router didn’t work until we power cycled it. Once working again, it was fine. The kitchen is well stocked. The hot tub was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home for our group of 8, beach access was super nice. Kitchen was well kept and had everything we needed. The only complaints would be the driveway and dining table. Luckily we only had 2 cars but it would be very difficult to fit 4 like the listing said. We had to unload one car and only have the driver inside to prevent the car from scraping. Only having a dining table for 6 when the place can sleep 10, Makes no sense. We had to bring chairs from upstairs to bring down. Otherwise everything else was perfect!

We rented Cape Kuh’lye for our yearly family beach trip. The house had plenty of room for everyone. Love the nautical house decor. The views are amazing and the hot tub is a great place to relax your sore muscles after walks on the beach. There are two easy access beach accesses nearby. Truly a great place!

The house is nice stunning views and you get a good cardio workout since there are many stairs, driveway sucks,( My cousin Fred fell because it was so steep) garage says it fits 2 small cars, I guess you could but you would have to climb out of the windows because you certainly couldn't open the doors. The house says dog friendly but the property is not dog friendly, no yard at all and dangerous drop off on what little ground there was in front of the house. Also tried to run a load of clothes in the washer on our 1st night and had maybe 10 items of clothing and the washer wouldn't spin the water out so we had to wring the clothes by hand. It worked if you only put 4 or 5 items in??. Then the dishwasher malfunctioned and leaks water all over the floor, called to report but they couldn't get anyone out to look at it so we had to hand wash dishes all week, NICE! It stormed so bad that water was coming in the bedroom window and one of the living room windows, it also blew so hard it broke the cable holding down the hottub cover, which I also reported, we had to go out and put the picnic bench on top of the cover to keep it from blowing into the neighbors yard. This is the 2nd time in a row that we used Vacasa and were emailed a key code for entry and it was incorrect, which is a hassle since it was raining sideways and we had to stand there while calling to get the correct code, with that all said I highly doubt I will ever use Vacasa again. Very disappointing to say the least.

The home itself was ok , I’m going with just ok because there were stains on the comforters , the driveway was horrible and the garage will fit 2 small cars comfortably. The garbage can was 3/4 full and kitchen appliances didn’t have plug in’s , they did bring a new one though so that was nice ! Cobwebs in the bathrooms and vents were nasty .

Unfortunately there were serval issues that identified over the course of week and zero were addressed. Advised before arrival dishwasher is not working- didn’t all week with 8 people. Grills were not anything I would ever consider using. Chairs are plastic and half are cracked and didn’t feel same sitting in. Hot tub became unusable- not corrected. It is a lot of $ to spend and have the rental agency providing lip service on a daily basis. Owner needs to invest a few hundred dollars to correct all the issues I mentioned.

The house was a great layout for our party of 10, beautiful ocean views, plenty of space, and we even saw whales! We were walking distance from the outlet mall, which was fun. Like some other reviewers said, the driveway is steep and precarious. We had 3 cars and had to play musical cars to get in and out. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

Went here with my friends. We loved the house & the layout. You cannot beat the breathtaking views. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need. The hot tub was amazing, during the day you had a wonderful view of the ocean and at night you can see all the stars. It was definitely one of my favorite places I've stayed at.

We had an awesome time. Kitchen well stocked. Lots of fun stuff for kids to play with like air hockey and games. Beautiful views and ocean sound throughout. Plenty of towels and sheets. Hot tub has an amazing view. Walking distance to great beach access with small parking lot and restrooms which wasn’t ever busy during our stay in may. Outside hose at the house to wash off sand. We had no complaints other than we got locked out on the porch with our toddler inside. Luckily we gave our older kids walkie-talkies on the beach below with their grandma and we were able to tell them to walk back and let us in. Do not close the doors behind you on either porch we tested both of them and they can auto lock. In our scared moment that our toddler would wake up from her nap before we could get back inside we explored all options to get down from the porch and there was no option. But again other than that we had an amazing time and it’s a great place for kids to explore the different levels and the cool loft on the top floor.
