Beautiful, updated home with amazing views.
I feel there was a lack of communication between Beach Haven and VRBO . Lack of it, can make or break a long awaited stay at the beach.
We received instructions and directions in.plenty of time prior to arrival. Problem is, the codes we were given for entry into the home were incorrect!
Beach Haven was called and a new code was programmed. This was very upsetting to us elderly ladies. Several ladies in our group had mobility issues. The steep climb up to the home entry was very challenging. Arriving in darkness or pouring rain, would be very dangerous for anyone trying to enter the home.
This was the only negative issue with this lovely home.
Correct information to the guests must be addresses. Cleaning was ok, but The king mattress in the top bedroom had very large urine stains and no matress covers. Pretty gross. Sad, because the home is very updated and clean.
