Pirates Lookout for families. Big beachfront deck, hot tub & patio chairs.

We loved this house! It's huge and has lots of space for everyone to spread out if needed. My three teens stayed downstairs so they could sleep together but still had their own beds. The view is just amazing and the deck is huge with plenty of chairs for relaxing. The hot tub was actually hot like it should be, which isn't always the case at beach rentals. We used it every day! It was really nice to have stairs to the beach on the property. We took chairs and wood down for a fire one night and watched the sunset. We made dinners both nights and found the kitchen to have everything we needed - lots of pots and pans, baking sheets and utensils. The house was very clean. I didn't have to contact the host for any issues, but the small amount of communication we had was great. Very responsive hosts. I'm already checking out the calendar and hope to stay again soon!

It was a great place for all our family to gather. The house has a beautiful view, with a big deck. (There are a lot of steps down to the beach as well as steps in the home. Just a warning for those that can't do steps.) At low tide the rocks nearby had lots of starfish!

Hot tub 10/10, clean 10/10, stairs to beach 2/10, enough towels for 10 people 0/10.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will start off by saying overall, our experience staying in this vacation rental was good. The location was great, with amazing views and the hottub was awesome. Not very big, but worked for the few people that got in there. The host was nice enough to put a keurig in the kitchen. Suggestions/concerns: The house is old and could use some easy/simple improvements inside. The beds downstairs were not good and uncomfortable to sleep in. The cushions on the chairs at the dining table can easily be updated to be a little more comfortable. My husband did smell mold downstairs, which was concerning. The kitchen could use some upgrading with utensils, cookware, etc to accommodate the number of guests that can stay there. Recommend putting a smart TV in the living room upstairs. The house could probably use a deep clean, lots of cob webs inside the lamps (mainly downstairs). Floor in the dining room was not clean. The towels in the bathrooms and to use for the hottub were very small. Recommend getting bigger ones.
