This beautifully decorated 4 bedroom 3 bath home in sunny Cape Coral has everything you need for a perfect Florida getaway. 🛌 Spacious & Comfortable for the Entire Family. Master suite: King bed, en-suite, walk-in shower, soaking tub, double sinks, and private slider to the pool. Add an evening swim in the tranquil lighted pool with waterfall feature or maybe draw up a warm bath in the jetted master suite tub. The walk-in shower is also a delightful experience. There's no shortage of spacious closets or a full-size laundry room with pass-through to a two car garage. A private office/bedroom with 2 twin beds are adjoining to the den, is ready for those who wish to retreat for computer time or reading in a quiet space. Digital HDTV and high-speed wireless internet throughout the home for video entertainment. New LED TV's in each bedroom with TV/Blue-ray in the den. Highly efficient ceiling fans, remotely controlled, have been placed in every room for those warmer days.
Bedroom 3 offers queen bed with en-suite just off of the kitchen. All linens included. Bedroom 4 offer a queen bed with access to hall bathroom.
You will find the kitchen to be well equipped with new kitchenware, small appliances, and two options to brew coffee at the coffee bar nook, our little "extra" touch for our guests!
A high-top table for four serves as a lovely breakfast spot overlooking the lush tropical foliage and the pool. An ideal spot for those snowbirds fleeing the cold weather. Four seats at the kitchen bar and a six-top dining table round out your dining options if more space for family and friends is needed.
Hop on a beach cruiser and take a leisurely ride down miles of biking and pedestrian roadways/green ways. Land a Snook, Black Drum, or Sheepshead off your private dock situated on a premium, extra-wide, saltwater canal. Your fishing poles are ready for casting!! We booked this property last June and the property sold in December to the new owners, Mark and Corrine. Communication was great during and after the sale so that alone speaks volumes! When I walked in the door my first thought was wow! What a beautiful place! Spotless clean and absolute luxury! Probably the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. If you’re looking for a place to entertain, this is it! Kitchen had every amenity and we used it often to entertain friends to include our new friends Mark and Corrine. The dock was handy as we had a boat the entire time and even got to take our new friends out for a ride. Can’t say enough good things about the property and our hosts! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home! Tony

I needed a home away from home vacation. The property was perfect. Quiet, clean, well appointed.
We did have two days with some work done at the property, but Corrine was great to communicate with and made things right.
I will definitely stay again.
