Great location, good communication with owner, many amenities. Kitchen was ok stocked but missing many baking items. Had to buy a strainer, no cookie sheets, few baking pans, otherwise a great place and will stay there again

Great little condo on the ground floor. It was perfectly suited to our needs and price was good. Master shower drain needs attention as tub will fill up 6 inches during a shower. That is our main issue. Hot water is lacking and perhaps the water heater needs attention too.

Condo was great. We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked well stocked. Showers could use some updating, didn’t drain well. We were just there for a quick wedding. Property Manager was great and super responsive. I would stay here again.

The condo’s location was superb, short walking distance to the beach, great places to eat and shop. It made exploring the city so convenient.The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo and amenities needed clarification, passwords that were provided in the welcome email didn’t match. But Tracy was great at responding promptly and providing the correct ones. The unit was clean, well equipped. We just needed to buy detergent, toilet paper, garbage bags, and some other small things so we can use the kitchen. We love to cookthe mattresses in the apartment during my stay was so hard even with a mattress topper it was almost impossible to sleep, so need a vacation to catch up on the sleep We tried using couch sleeper but it was broken. Early Saturday morning we had a surprise wake up noise at 6 am, someone was vacuuming the unit above us.
