Come vacation with us in this beautiful, upscale 4-bedroom townhouse in the Marina Bay community of The Peninsula. Just 20-30 minutes to the beaches and plenty to do right in the community! Featuring first class amenities such as a beach area on the bay, walking & biking trails, three pools (an adult only pool, family wave pool and an indoor pool), tennis courts, a gym and golf course. So much to do and so close to all that Rehoboth has to offer! Call and reserve your week today! Note that Amenity Fees are paid separately at The Peninsula.

Green Fees $200 (18 Holes)/ $127 (9 Holes) per person (includes cart fee). Junior Green Fees $50 (18 Holes)/ $40 (9 Holes) Rental fee for Golf clubs $50 (18 Holes)/ $35 (9 Holes).
Earliest tee time for Guests is 11:00 am and reservations can be made no earlier than 7 days in advance.
Athletic Club & Pools:
Weekly Pass - $110 for Adults & $55 for age 6-15.
Daily weekday/weekend passes also available.
Guests are not permitted to use facility before 10:00 a.m and on Saturdays.
Fitness Classes:
Rates are current, however, subject to change.
Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company. There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy separately which is stated in the lease agreement.
Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.

This community is awesome. Our family trip was so relaxing and peaceful. The home had enough space for our family of 6, with each child having plenty of space. We used the home’s bikes to ride around the neighborhood and to the pool. A wonderful summer vacation right before heading back to school and work .
