I must admit that my overall experience was somewhat underwhelming. It was evident that this particular accommodation had previously been listed on Airbnb, which became apparent during my stay. One positive aspect of my experience was the owner's kindness and prompt responses to my inquiries. However, it's worth mentioning that their communication was solely in Dutch, even though I had initially reached out in English. Fortunately, I happen to speak Dutch as well, so it wasn't a major issue, although it did catch me off guard

The apartment itself was quite spacious, which was a definite advantage. However, when it came to comfort, it fell short. The beds were far from comfortable, and the sofa seemed to be on its last legs, being in a noticeably dilapidated state. Additionally, the kitchen appliances seemed to be from a bygone era. Frankly, I couldn't even recall a time when such dated devices were commonly used. As someone who has seen a fair share of old-fashioned equipment, this was surprising. The most disheartening aspect of my stay was the lack of basic amenities. To my dismay, there were no towels, napkins, dishwashing products, or even coffee and coffee filters provided. It's disappointing to pay for a place that lacks these essential items, making it quite inconvenient for guests. Considering the price I paid, I expected at least some basic amenities to be included. If there's one thing worth mentioning, it would be the location. Undoubtedly, the primary selling point of this accommodation is its convenient location. However, it's important to note that you're essentially paying for the location alone, as the overall comfort and amenities are severely lacking. If you decide to stay here, I highly recommend being mentally prepared and adjusting your expectations accordingly. In summary, while the owner was kind and responsive, the overall experience at this accommodation left much to be desired. The lack of comfort, outdated furniture, and absence of basic amenities were major downsides. I would caution potential guests to carefully consider their expectations before booking, as you will primarily be paying for the location and not much

Really wonderful location, decent budget friendly option.

Very nice, budget-friendly accommodation, literally 1 minute away from beach and coastal tram. Clean, comfy beds. Bathroom a little worn out, but still in great working condition. Super nice owners. Free parking behind the building. Quiet, spacious. I may recommend to those, who doesn't need marbles and golden faucets, but who need nice, budget friendly place to stay.

L'appartement est grande et spacieuse et surtout très propre. Les meubles ne sont peut-être pas très récent, mais sont confortable et parfait pour quleques jours de vacances. Le parking est facile et gratuit. On est juste à proximité de la plage. L'appartement est situé un peu loin du centre ville, mais c'est au calme et possible d'aller en ville avec le tram qui longe la côte.

Sehr großzügiges, sauberes Appartement! Sonderwünsche wurden vom Vermieter prompt und zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit entsprochen! Sehr gute, ruhige Lage, ca. 60 Meter vom Strand entfernt, Straße ist eine Sackgasse, KEIN Durchgangsverkehr! Raversijede ist der ruhige Teil der belgischen Küste, nur ein paar Restaurants/Bars, nicht zu vergleichen mit Mariakerke oder De Panne! Wir haben die Ruhe genossen, und mit der Küstentram kann man jeden Ort an der Küste schnell erreichen! Haltestelle der Tram ist ca. 120 Meter entfernt

Un très agréable séjour à la mer

L'appartement était lumineux et spacieux. Nous avons apprécié sa position géographique, au calme et tout près de la mer (sans boutiques touristiques) et aussi près du tram qui vous relie avec toute la côte. Nous avons adoré de prendre le petit déjeuner au salon à la grande table et au soleil, ainsi que de se poser au fauteuil à la FRIENDS le soir après nos balades quotidiennes. Un vrai plus est aussi la place de parking, indispensable pour nous. Les instructions de notre hôte sont arrivée au bon moment et avec une bonne explication.

Le portier du baignoire un peu vétuste, poussières dans certains coins, traces de moisissures. Il faudrait aussi avertir que pour jeter la poubelle, il faut payer en espèces 50 cents, ce qui au jour de départ n'est pas évident dans les temps que tout se paie par carte.

Geweldige locatie, met veel rust en vlakbij het strand, een speeltuin en de tramhalte. Grote ruimtes. Balkonnetjes aan 3 kanten. Fijne vaatwasser aanwezig.

Het rook naar hond. Geen badhanddoeken aanwezig. Gordijnen laten veel licht door. Badkamer kan schoner. Wasmachine zou ideaal zijn.

Alles was zoals beschreven stond op de website. Wifi was goed, tv kanalen was meer dan voldoende, jammer van de kleine tv. MAAR wij gaan niet op vakantie om tv te kijken ;-)

De dampkap lamp is stuk en de dampkap zelf is erg vuil. Zag er wel verouderd uit, maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk.
