Loved it

The apartment was brilliant, in comfort, cleanliness and location, and then there is Martine, our host. She was an absolute treat to meet, a people person that was so enthusiastic and helpful and nothing was too much trouble, and she liked the dog too. Communication in regard to arrival time etc was set up by WhatsApp and that worked very well. This is a lovely place to stay and we picked it so that we could walk the dog on the beach (after 8pm and until 10am for our timing in high summer) and that is not allowed at some other local resorts; the beach is 3 or 4 minutes walk away and is a vast expanse of sand.

Fantastisch verblijf bij Martine

Martine is een fantastische, behulpzame gastvrouw! Het appartement is niet super groot, maar voorzien van alle comfort. De bedden waren opgemaakt bij aankomst, er liggen meer dan voldoende handdoeken klaar en de keuken is voorzien van een aantal handige benodigdheden (kruiden, vaatwastabletten,...). Qua ligging kan het appartement bijna niet beter gesitueerd zijn; een paar stappen en je zit op de dijk, vlakbij een winkel en fijne restaurants. Groot pluspunt ten slotte is de privé parking aan het appartement zelf.

L'accueil de Martine, sa bonne humeur et sa grande disponibilité. Une hôtesse exceptionnelle. L'appartement est cosy et très propre et bien équipé.

Une des chambres est un peu petite pour des personnes qui n'aiment pas être enfermées.

Absolut zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder

Es war alles perfekt. Die Gastgeberin Martine hatte sich am Tag der Anreise bei uns gemeldet und mit uns besprochen, um wie viel Uhr wir da sein werden. Dann hat sie uns vor der Tür abgeholt und gezeigt, wo wir parken können. Mit dem Aufzug sind wir dann in den 1. Stock gefahren und sie hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt und alles genau erklärt. Dann haben wir noch über den Check-out gesprochen und sie gab uns die Schlüssel. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Betten sind super bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Lösung mit dem zweiten Schlafzimmer hinter der Schiebetür ist klasse. So sind es zwei separate Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Essecke und Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche, ein Flur und ein Balkon. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Backofen und Kühlschrank mit Gefriertruhe und im Bad gibt es eine kleine Waschmaschine. Wir hatten mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern (5 und 7 Jahre alt) genug Platz. Zum Strand sind es 2 Minuten Fußweg. An der Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Laden mit Bäckerei. Die Brötchen und Croissants dort sind super lecker. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und werden definitiv wieder kommen. Absolut zu empfehlen

Alles beviel ons. Super vriendelijke gastvrouw. Zeer goede info ivm sleutel. Alles was aanwezig. Alles zeer proper. Rustig gelegen. Strand op 2 minuten. Kusttram ook op 2 minuten , zeer ideaal. Ook een winkeltje op de hoek waar je alles kan vinden , brood , pistolets , koffiekoeken , charcuterie , drank , etenswaren , ... Zeer aan te bevelen

Gepflegte saubere Unterkunft (bei uns nur eine Zwischenübernachtung mit 3 Kindern)

Ein überaus nette Frau hat auf uns gewartet. Nach sehr netter Kommunikation hat sie sich sehr viel Zeit genommen, um uns alles in der Wohnung genau zu erklären. Des weiteren hat sich uns beim Einparken geholfen. Übrigens passt ein T6 California mit eingeklappten Spiegeln in den Innenhof, um dort zu parken. Die Höhe passt so gerade...man sollte nicht zu schnell hineinfahren.

Leuk eindejaar gevierd in Mariakerke aan zee.

Onze hond was welkom, we konden eindejaar vieren met de familie die logeerden in het vlakbij gelegen vakantiecentrum, Martine was zeer vriendelijk en reageerde snel op een berichtje van ons.

We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen door Martine. Het strand was dichtbij en we konden ook een wandeling maken door de duinen. Het appartement was netjes en gerieflijk. We konden ook gebruik maken van een privé parkeerplaats wat heel gemakkelijk was.
