Big room with a nice balcony, great breakfast. Very helpful staff: Nino is amazing and very helpful, she managed to solve all our issues and made our stay very smooth and comfortable
It would be good to have a refrigerator in the apartment

Compared to last year, the room is no longer fresh, the plumbing is in poor condition, and there are still no toiletries or dishcloths in the room. Overall, it's not bad, but the rooms have deteriorated. The staff girl is very nice and kind.

The apartment was good, clean and comfortable. It is a bit of a walk, from the centre, but I liked that; I preferred not to be in the very centre - less social control, in such s small place, and it afforded me the opportunity to walk some.
It's also great that Gveleti Falls are close to stantsminda - one photo from Gveleti attached.
The only thing I can think of, that I liked less, was a barking dog, deep in the night. But fortunately, it usually didn't go on for too long.
In my view, Georgia needs to do something about the dog situation, in general. For people who think of dogs as animals that need a home and loving attention, it's sad to see dogs living in the streets, at all times.

The location is good
A lot of things-
To start with there’s just one lady handling everything from reception to housekeeping to cooking and cleaning and she was always tired and very stressed
The breakfast is not good at all
She didn’t have cups to serve tea or tea bags
There were cobwebs around the window seal
My room hot plate was not working
The mattress is extremely uncomfortable and you keep slipping off towards the middle and I literally had a backache
