Nino was very cooperation and a very sweet child. God bless her.
Everything was good

Apartment is nice and cosy , same as shown in the pictures in the listing with a beautiful view of the Kasbegi mountain Breakfast was nice, no buffet, served for each individual ( not much of a spread though enough for us) Staff were very friendly and helpful
There is no lift Had to carry luggage up to apartment with the help of the staff our apartment was on the fifth floor so we had to walk 5 flights of stairs each time Faced a bit of bathroom blockage on the first day which was immediately rectified Heaters don’t work We were given a portable heater but not much of use

-room is/looks great -hot water for shower -friendly staff -very big room(more like a studio) really nice
-breakfast, i didn't understand why two people get 8 eggs, 4 boiled, 4 scrambled. Breakfast was at most decent, 3 slices of tomatoes, 3 slices of cucumber exactly the same everyday. Although the price of the accomodations is not a low one.

The location is good
A lot of things- To start with there’s just one lady handling everything from reception to housekeeping to cooking and cleaning and she was always tired and very stressed The breakfast is not good at all She didn’t have cups to serve tea or tea bags There were cobwebs around the window seal My room hot plate was not working The mattress is extremely uncomfortable and you keep slipping off towards the middle and I literally had a backache
