Experience three floors of beach-themed bliss at this newly updated three-story beach resort getaway! Brisas Del Mar is a cozy yet elegant beach house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The home sleeps 12. It’s perfectly spread out, so you feel like you have plenty of privacy…even in a full house!
Enter Brisas Del Mar and immediately feel welcomed by the plush furnishings. Everything is arranged for gathering and enjoying time together in the main living space and the kitchen. The open concept of the living room makes the home feel intimate and spacious. There’s ample seating. The dining table accommodates 8 while the kitchen’s granite breakfast bar seats 4.
The first master bedroom is on this level. It features a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite accessible to the first-floor guests.
The second floor boasts a second master suite with king bed, TV, private balcony, and private ensuite with double vanity and walk-in shower. The third bedroom is a queen with a futon and private balcony access. This room shares a full bath in the hallway.
The third floor is a real treat and is a perfect place for the kids. The bedroom in the crow’s nest has a twin-over-twin bunk with twin trundle and a twin-over-full bunk with twin trundle. There are two balconies on floor three, one of which overlooks one of the pools.
No doubt you’ll want to spend lots of time at the pool or on the beach’s sugar white sands. Brisas Del Mar boasts 2.5 acres of private coastline, so you’ll have lots of space to head down to the water and to spread out! Talk about resort-style beach bliss!

Communication, check-in and the location were10/10. The property is located steps from the pool/hot tub/gym. The beach was a quick walk away. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, serving bowls, crock pot, blender, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, pots, pans and knives. The freezer has an ice maker. This house would be great for more than one family. Overall, it was great stay. There were a few things that I wish could have been better. The top room with the bunk beds was very warm (In April). An additional fan for this room would have been nice. We did find one in the closet but it was broken. The front bedroom on the middle floor had no way to control the light/ceiling fan. The remote didn’t work, even with a change of batteries. There were two small bedside lamps in that room and only one had a lightbulb that wasn’t burned out. This room also had a pull out couch but zero bedding in this home for this bed. In the connecting bathroom to this bedroom, there was not a single towel hook or towel bar. There wasn’t even a toilet paper holder. The property came with two trash bags for a 12 person house for a week’s stay. I feel like one trash bag per day would have been fair. If you're staying for more than a couple days, bring/buy trash bags. You'll need to bring/buy everything you need to cook like oil/salt/pepper. The home has a dishwasher but you're only provided two pods so that would be something else you will need to bring/buy.

We stayed at this beautiful house with some of our friends, 4 adults and 5 kids! It was the PERFECT place. The younger kids loved the bunk room, while our teen was able to have her own room as well as each set of parents. The house was beautiful and very well maintained. The location was perfect if you’re traveling with kids. Not far to the beach and right next to the pool! Overall it was a wonderful stay and we could not have been more pleased with everything!

Multiple little things wrong that need attention, fan in lower bedroom wont work. Mold in master shower, closet doors coming off track, hole in wall in queen bedroom
