About this house rental


New single-storey house 94 m2 in wooden frame, enclosed land of 500m2, small sea view, quiet area, facing the islands of Ouessant and Molène, 200m from the GR34 (hiking) and the beach.

It consists of:

- living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen
- a bathroom with large shower, double sink
- separate toilet
- 2 bedrooms (new bedding in 160X200)
- laundry room: washing machine
- garden / terrace: picnic table, deck chair, clothesline.
- completely new furniture and complete equipment
- pellet stove (only winter season - bags of pellets at the expense of the tenant)

Nearby activities: Horse riding, golf, tennis, amusement park of the 3 priests nearby, market, cycling, sailing, surfing, diving, kayaking, longe côte and various water activities.
Shops nearby: pharmacy, newsagent, bakery, restaurants, town hall, library...

Options & Services:
Pets allowed: No
Smokers are accepted, however, they must smoke outside for the well-being and respect of future tenants
Check-in time: 4 pm
Departure time: 10am

Utilities included: Bed linen, towels, water, wifi

Unfortunately we were only in Brittany for a week this year, but we enjoyed it in this beautiful house in a very good location. The house was very clean and the kitchen very well equipped. The hosts are very nice and helpful. We would love to come back!

Sehr ruhige Lage, das Meer und Strand quasi vor der Haustür. Moderne und bequeme Ausstattung. Das Vermieterehepaar sehr freundlich.
