This beautiful chalet - the left wing of a semi-detached house - has a particularly elegant location. In the garden, children can play badminton in summer and make a big snowman in winter. The spacious living room with large dining table is ideal for cosy evenings, and you can completely unwind in the private sauna. End the day on the balcony overlooking the distinctive mountain landscape. What a dream!

Krimml is known as the place where you can find Europe's largest waterfalls. Active holidaymakers get their money's worth thanks to the many hiking and cycling routes. From Krimml, a trip to Gerlos and the adjacent Durlassboden Stausee is also highly recommended! Here you can take a nice walk around the lake or enjoy a pedal boat ride! The cosy centre is within walking distance of the accommodation, and you will find several restaurants, a supermarket with bakery, a bank and a public swimming pool.

In winter, you can catch the ski bus at 400 m from the house to the popular ski area Zillertal Arena. Due to its central location, you can also reach the Wildkogel-Arena ski area in 15 car minutes. This ski area has a toboggan run with a length of 14 km. You start at the mountain station of the Smaragdbahn and end in Bramberg am Wildkogel. The toboggan run is open both in the evening and during the day. It is the longest floodlit toboggan run in the Alps! Both ski areas are versatile, family-friendly and snow-sure

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
