Great space for either a couple or family requiring a great quality holiday let OR a group of contractors wanting, up to four separate sleeping areas, and off street parking for their car or van as this house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, minutes away from the A 66 / A67/ A1(M) with a great range of shops and takeaways close by.
The compact main kitchen has a fridge freezer, hob & oven, kettle, & toaster, microwave. and essential cooking items
Fionn House has Wi-fi , Netflix and a Smart TV in the lounge and master bedroom , dedicated workspace
This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5 guest
Bedroom 1 is en-suite with double bed, kitchenette and dedicated workspace
Bedroom 2 is ground floor, has twin beds, which can be zipped locked into a super king with advance notice at point of booking
Bedroom 3 has single bed and a dedicated workspace
All three rooms are spacious
Main bathroom
Sink, bath and over the bath shower. The toilet in in a separate area for your convenience
The en-suite has a walk-in shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not permitted in property
- Driveway for 1 car on-site parking
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- no house parties permitted
- All guests full names must be submitted as part of the initial booking. Any changes to this must be provided in advance of arrival.
- No unregistered visitors unaccounted for on the booking will be admitted to the property. Failure to respect this rule may result in immediate eviction with no refund given.

Really nice stay, clean, warm, spacious quiet and comfortable
Only slight complaint is there's only 1 mirror. Definitely recommend fitting a big mirror somewhere 👌
