- Pets must not be left unattended inside or outside the property
- Optional end-of-stay cleaning available for €60 (must be arranged in advance)
- Refundable security deposit of €200 required
- Local tourist tax (taxe de sejour) of €1.10 per adult, per night, payable on arrival

A lovely farmhouse in a gorgeous and quiet part of Brittany. We spent a superb two weeks here, and the house was an absolute pleasure to return to at the end of every day. Couldn’t be better ! Thanks Carole, Patrick, and Julie !
