The apartment is amazing, offering a gorgeous view of the sea and excellent facilities. The bed is comfy, and all the necessary things are available. The host is good; she was always in touch.
If you are renting from Orbi Apartments, be prepared to wait in long lines for the elevator, reception, and the entry. It gets super crowded. The apartment's bathroom could benefit from a trash bin. Apart from that everything else was good.

Это просто класс! 41 этаж! Вид точно такой как на фото. Без обмана, без скрытых платежей. В номере есть все:холодильник, микроволновка, стиралка, wi-fi,огромная кровать с зеркалом над ним). Кондиционер. Балкон!) Быстрое заселение(мы приехали в 23:00). Ноябрь 2025
Отдых прошел просто замечательно. Не было очереди к лифтам как писали.Внизу есть терминалы банковские, магазинчик. Вокруг отеля много столовых и кафе где можно взять шашлык , хинкали и хачапури). К морю 3 минуты через дорогу. Панорамное окно на всю стену.Вид с балкона ….. ну это не передать словами)На рассвете, вечером, солнце, туман не важно, ты просто кайфуешь). завтракали на балконе(столик и 2 стула )Рекомендую с чистой совестью.пересмотрел много вариантов , этот конкретный и превзошел ожидания.

Nie mam zastrzeżeń co do apartamentu, warto zobaczyć widok z 41 piętra na morze; właścicielka pomocna, kontakt z nią super co prawda na odległość ale obsługa recepcji taka sobie.

Студия просто супер, все необходимое есть, вид из окна великолепный, студия чистая и в идеальном состоянии, полностью соответствует описанию, получили больше чем ожидали. Хозяйка прекрасна, очень рекомендую эту студию, 41 этаж 31квартира, блок А.
Лифтов много, 12 штук, но все равно можно ждать его по 5-10 минут и останавливаются на каждом этаже, это проблема во всех башнях Орби Сити
