Pleasant stay with potential

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was incredibly peaceful and calm. The person who runs the place was also very friendly. Pool itself was clean and pleasantly warm.

The pool area was a bit run down. The pool itself was clean and well maintained, however the area around it wasn’t. The pillows for the sun loungers were very old and dusty, there also weren’t enough of them to provide every sun lounger with a proper pillow. There was also random clutter everywhere in the little gazebo area by the pool (open ladder, big trash can, vacuum for the pool etc) so it felt like you were kind of sitting in a garage instead of relaxing by the pool. Our room was also said to have a terrace and a sauna, but that wasn’t the case. Other areas of the hotel felt similar (very cluttered, felt more so like a storage space). But if these things will be fixed then this would be a wonderful place to stay!

Exceptional

Everything was fantastic! Nice and clean room, big bathroom and very nice location in the nature. The pool was fantastic even though it was raining the day we used it. I hope one day to be back at this place for more days.

In booking appears like the room has sauna. 60 euros per hour for Sauna and Jacuzzi is a too high price. Spas are much cheaper.

Cozy spot close to Dinant

The place is amazing, very cozy and perfect for a getaway. The breakfast was also really good and the host was super nice and helped us with everything. The facilities are great!

We loved everything, our room got a little hot at night but we opened the window and that solved the issue.

lovely stay at a beautiful home near Houyet.

we liked the beautiful interior of the property. the host was kind and helpful

we would have liked to have the contact details on the owner to ask for specific things. there was only one towel to share between the three of us and we werent able to call or ask. Contact details at the front desk would have been great.

Perfect stay to relax

Very lovely and beautiful place, there is a big garden with a sauna and a jacuzzi. Lavis is very small, so its very quiet there, perfect to calm down. Dinant is 10 minutes by car.

Exceptional

Beautiful newly renovated B&B close to Dinant. Room was very nice and the bathroom was stunning. We also had the opportunity to drink a beer in the garden after arriving in the evening. Breakfast was generous with a large variety of local products. Hosts were very nice and welcoming. We will definitely return next time we spend a weekend in the area.
