We had to stay for longer!

Location was perfect and the design of the apartment was amazing! Kitchen was well equipped and I enjoyed big windows!

I know this is because of location, but the windows are needing some cleaning...

Unhelpful host, not as advertised

Unhelpful host - when we couldn't find the apartment he was quite Unhelpful, he eventually said there was nothing he could do to help except that we could ring him again if we still couldnt find it. Told me info about keys and codes had been sent to me and didn't believe me when I told him the messages I'd received were blank so didn't have codes or entry instructions, we had to do all this in the dark, tired after our journey. The advert stated 2 beds, one bedroom. As travelling with my sister we planned on one of us having the bedroom, the other the sofa-bed. When we arrived, no bedding for sofa bed. Phoning the host i said we exoected 2 beds as advertised, he told me the advert didn't say there were 2 beds, told me I was wrong (I've attached the photo) and wouldn't provide any bedding and basically not his problem. I ended up sleeping on the sofa bed with a blanket I'd luckily brought with me and 2 coats on top of me. What was upsetting was his defensiveness and unwillingness to help or even say sorry and try and help. I'm an experienced booking.com user, and feel upset that the host made a difficult experience much worse by being so unsympathetic & Unhelpful. The apartment was nice but his attitude left us frustrated, disappointed and pretty poor sleep for me.

Very spacious apartment in the center of Dieppe. Clean and has everything you need for a (long) stay. Nicely decorated. Friendly host and responds quickly to messages. Location is great, 3 minutes walk to beach/boulevard and supermarket.

Pourquoi la ville ne contrôle pas les motards qui le soir font pétarader leurs motos. Heureusement le matin ils dorment! Vincent n’a bien sûr rien à voir avec cela.

Idéalement situé, très grand studio décoré avec beaucoup de goût.

Très grand studio (qui pourrait facilement loger 4 personnes mais qui n'est conçu que pour 2), décoré avec beaucoup de goût, dans une ancienne école transformée en appartements, beaucoup de cachet, hauteur de plafond incroyable, propreté irréprochable. Communication impeccable et fluide avec l'hôte. A 2' de la Grande Rue et de ses commerces ainsi que le marché du samedi matin, à faire absolument. A 5' de la Pelouse du bord de mer.

L'endroit est vraiment pratique : à peu de distance du port. Spacieux et propre. Dommage que pour une nuit, il n'y ait pas de boissons chaudes disponibles pour le petit dejeuner ce serait pratique

Wel okay maar niet voor een tweede keer.

De locatie. Vlak bij het centrum. Op heel druk kruispunt. Maar geen parkeergelegenheid om in en uit te laden. Moet op de stoep daarvoor parkeren en erbij blijven terwijl de ander in en uit laadt

Hele vuile ramen. Slecht bed. Zeer zachte matras, je valt naar elkaar toe. Slecht meubilair. Slaapbank in de kamer veel te zacht om te zitten. Fauteuiltje volkomen doorgezakt. Eetkamerstoelen zeer oncomfortabel.
