almost perfect. comfy. well situated. well priced. clean and well equipped.

the flat is very easy to find if you’re arriving by car. there’s even short stay parking dead opposite, so you can unload your luggage. there’s also FREE parking a short walk from the flat, where you can leave your car for as long as you like. the street the property is on leads you a pleasant walk down to the harbour, past some really good restaurants that are less ‘touristy’ than the harbour side places. there’s a good sized supermarket very close by, but be aware, it closes on Sundays, as do most of the shops in town. the flat itself is accessed up two steep flights of narrow stairs, a bit of a struggle with cases. but once you’re in, that’s not an issue. the accommodation itself is superb. very smart and new looking. the kitchen is equipped very well indeed, you could easily cater for your own meals. full sized oven, four ring hob, large microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, corkscrew, flatware, glasses…. everything is there. I was there in March so I put the heating on, which works very well. there’s not much street noise. the decoration is good. large screen tv. strong free wifi. good coms via WhatsApp with the owner, whom I never met as access is via a key safe.

my only gripe, is that the sofa bed suffers the primary fault of all such furniture….. it functions poorly as a sofa…. or as a bed. it’s not the most comfy to sit on as a sofa. and it’s not much better as a bed.

Class and quality, excellent location, secure parking and a great starting point for making trips

Studio *** Centre Dieppe is located in a quite busy shopping street, on the second floor of a small 3-floor house. With car navigation and a look on Google Street View the place was easy to find. We parked the car right in front of the studio, collected the keys from the key-lock box at the entrance door, brought our luggage upstairs (the stairs are quite narrow), and soon afterwards the car was parked (with help of car navigation) on the free parking lot at the seaside boulevard. Just like the studio owner had mentioned parking was free and secure. One evening we had some rain and wind, which brought a film of salt over the car because the free parking is really close to the beach. The studio is very well furnished in a modern Ikea look with a lot of attention to electric gadgets (there is equipment for gaming + a huge flatscreen for example). The bathroom is excellent (the shower features LED colours). Quite peculiar is the fact that there is a slight slope in the floor, so you go 'up' to the bathroom in the back of the studio and 'down' to the windowside. The bed is rolled out of the sitting bench and is just a little too short for a 1.95 m person. But we slept well. We liked the Senseo coffee machine and the kitchen as a whole. All is very well thought over.

The bed happens to be a bit squeaky and 'jumpy' when two persons are turning on it during the night. After using the toilet in the bathroom mind your head for hitting a shelve on the opposite side. But all in all this venue has class & quality. We liked Dieppe for its seaside boulevard and its shopping streets + the old churches. Highly recommended.

Little gem, with all mod cons, excellent entertainment system. Comfy and close to all amenities.

The location was perfect, a short walk to beach, right on a partly pedestrianised street packed with shops and restaurants. 15 mins from the ferry port.

It was a little loud on the Thursday and Friday nights which I am mentioning only to warn future would be people looking to stay at the accommodation. Wasn’t any worse than the noise around my own property around the weekend. Was also on the second floor, again not a problem for myself or my husband but may be problematic for less able bodied people.

An absolutely amazing place to stay. Will definitely stay here again

This was by far one of the best places I've ever stayed. I couldn't believe how well catered this studio was. We could easily have stayed there for a month!! It is very central. Supermarket was 1 minute away and a bakery next door. I could seriously go on and on but you have to experience it for yourself. Our host was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again!!!

I have no negative comments. Can't fault it.

Exceptional

Very central, extremely clean and very well equipped. The owner is very friendly and very quick to answer questions. You can see that he has arranged the place so that you really feel at home. The place is small but you don’t feel it because everything is super well organised and has its own place. The convertible bed is super easy to install, you just pull one strap and here it is, done! There is all you need to cook yourself or you can choose to go out and find bars and restaurants just 2 minutes away. There is a bakery next door. Short 5 minutes walk to a free parking and the sea.

We loved absolutely everything. Communication with host, property and its location. Superb!

The only thing that can be added is dishwasher. Anyway it is stiill one of the best places we stayed.

Fabulous

Very nice appartment fully equiped with everything you can need. Near the beach and city centre.

NO PARKING PLACE. Everyday we spent a lot of time with searching place for our car and sometimes we have to re-park it. It is quite far to go with all your suitcases. The streetis quite noisy. Sofa-bed is not really comfortable and it makes strange noises with every movement.

Super emplacement car proche de la plage et des commodités! Studio vraiment bien équipé et fonctionnel! Et l'hôte est disponible pour toute question et donne des explications complètes.

Juste le canapé super en version canapé moins en version lit et le bruit des camions poubelles et livraisons au petit matin (mais ça doit se faire... peut-être le châssis un peu veillissant).

Très agréable

Studio bien équipé et agencé, literie confortable, emplacement au top, rien ne nous a manqué, le petit balcon était un vrai plus Très bon contact avec Emmanuel, réactif et très à l'écoute, très sympathique qui plus est.

Seul bémol, la douche un peu petite mais qui ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour ☺️

La sympathie et les explications de l’hôte. L’appartement est très bien situé (à proximité des commerces et du château, et à quelques mètres de la plage). Il y a tout ce qu’il faut, on s’y sent comme chez nous. Appartement très propre à mon arrivée. Le linge de lit et les serviettes de bain sont fournis. Thé, café, sel etc… également à notre disposition. J’ai trouvé la déco mignonne

Le studio est situé à 10minutes à pied de la gare du château et à 5minutes de la plage . Il est aussi sur la grande rue commerçante qui mène au port . Tout se fait à pied .

studio avec des équipements de bonne qualité et joliment décoré; Très bien situé. Un plus : la place de stationnement juste en face (limitée dans le temps mais permettant de décharger la voiture); Calme. Propriétaire très sympathique

studio donc local petit et pas de place disponible lorsque le canapé-lit est ouvert (par contre le confort pour dormir est bon dans le canapé et l'usage d'une couette rend l'ouverture et la fermeture faciles)- escalier pour monter un peu rude (mais j'ai 78 ans et l'ai fait sans problème majeur !)
