Beautifully furnished from stem to stern, this family-friendly beach home features all the amenities you need for your New Smyrna Beach vacation and many you didn't even know you needed. Enjoy cooking together in the open kitchen (equipped with full-size appliances, cooking equipment, and a prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar). Store drinks and refreshments in the minifridge on the first floor with a sitting area and on the other side to the first floor is a barbecue and beach supplies. Central air conditioning will ensure everyone's comfortable during the day. The loft space on the upper floor features two twin beds with a full bathroom. Rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower and come on in - there's room for you to enjoy the view!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
