Very beautiful condo, Having beach supplies there was a big perk!

Let me begin by saying that the condo was perfect for our family stay! The condo was clean and comfortable. While it is a little bit farther away from town, we enjoyed the added peace and quite. The beach was a simple commute across the street, which was made easier by the beach wagon and supplies provided by the owner. Having access to onsite storage would be an added bonus since we traveled with our personal scooters, but it is not a deal breaker. The only area in need of improvement was the check in process. We were a late arrival (approx. 10 pm). We had received an email regarding how to check in after hours and followed the directions. We picked up our keys and information from the after hours drop box. THEN things got a little complicated. :) When we drove to the gate, there was a note from the complex stating that they had recently changed the code and renters may need to communicate with the owner. The code that we received did not work. ur pass code did not work. After trying it several times, we were able to enter when another vehicle was exiting. Next we approached our building only to relize that our garage door opener did not work. We entered the building with the key provided. When we reached the door to our unit, we were VERY confused! Our door had a key pad, but not place to insert a physical key. We were only given a physical key and no code for the door. The good news is that the after hours call center was quick to answer our call and the problem was fi

Other than not having a garage opener for the condo, everything was wonderful! Would definitely recommend. We hope to be back!
Would suggest letting new comers to the area know Bldg 19 is the 2nd gate.
