Great condo , especially for short notice. We did not book until May for June 27 - 5 nights and 9 people. Had everything we needed!

We've stayed at Oceanwalk properties several times now. The location is great! Its very quiet and common areas are always clean and well maintained. This property is managed by Vacasa, not a private owner. The same level of care and attention to detail was very obviously lacking. The unit was missing some necessitates (enough toilet paper, kitchen items, etc). The furniture is rather cheap and uncomfortable. There were various minor issues that we alerted the property manager to, but they ultimately did not affect our time in NSB. We will be back, just not to a Vacasa property. , just

Great unit, all 3 bedrooms very spacious. Loved the closet full of beach stuff(cooler, umbrella, chairs and beach toys). Will keep it in mind for future trips.
