The property boasts stainless steel appliances, marble kitchen countertop/island, marble bathroom sinks, and two water view balconies. Upgraded furnishings and décor flow through this modern beach home. Enjoy the community pool or savor your water view on one of the 2 balconies, while you sip your favorite beverage. You’re only 1/2 a mile from the renowned and well-loved OC boardwalk, the beautiful beaches, and many fun attractions anytime, day or night with a short trip across the Rt 50 bridge to exciting downtown Ocean City, Maryland!

Things to know:
Sofa Beds in the family room and basement.
There is a $200 fee for any lost pool pass.
Parking Notes: There are two (2) parking spaces are available in the driveway outside the garage. Additional parking is available in the community visitor spaces located in the front and rear of the property. To avoid towing, please ensure a parking hang tag is visibly displayed. There is a $50 replacement fee for any lost parking hang tag.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was a beautiful spacious modern rental. Within walking distance to the pool, walking distance to nearby restaurants, and stores. King bed in master is a bit soft but comfortable. Only downside was having to purchase linens in addition to rental fee. Great property! Quiet neighborhood.

We had a great time at the house which was very clean and tastefully decorated! Our son (age 6) loved the air hockey table and was up early every morning to play with it. The location was great,close to restaurants and the boardwalk and there was a great view of the water from the front deck! Would love to come back in the future!
