Conveniently located in West Ocean City, this home is the perfect place for your next summer vacation! Featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for 10. Invite your entire family and furry companion to create the memories that will last a lifetime. Walk to nearby restaurants including Harborside Bar & Grill and Crab Alley, or take a short drive to Jolly Rogers at the Pier and the Ocean City boardwalk. This home has an elevator inside for ease of access and its also handicap accessible with many features. The master suite is on the second floor and has a private lounge area to relax in after a nice day at the beach. The remaining 4 bedrooms are on the second level along with a balcony. TV's in every bedroom. Launch your boat at the public ramp nearby and park your trailer right at the home. Visit the Ocean City beach or head to Assateague Island and if you're lucky you might get to see the wild horses. Be sure to bring your camera! Bed sizes: 3K, Q, 2T, QSS. The Harbour view was perfect for our families. It was well maintained, the appliances, including washer and dryer, worked well. The open layout of the kitchen and dining/living space added to the comfort Each person/couples had their own rooms, and most rooms had individual thermostats so I believe everyone was comfortable. There were plenty of full baths. The layout was conducive both to family fun and to individual privacy. the location was convenient as we were very close to both the boardwalk and to assateague Island beach where we spent most of our time. There was plenty of parking, and although the neighborhood was very mixed economically our proximity to the fishing docks and neighborhood restaurants/bars added charm. The rental offices were very responsive and helpful.

Great house with wonderful gathering spaces and comfortable bedrooms. The house was clean, the host was very responsive and accommodating, and the location was very good. The boardwalk and beach are an easy drive.Just a few things to know for planning:- You'll need to make a separate stop at an office to check in and out. The office made this very easy. It was about 15 minutes from the house, and gave us a chance to stroll around Berlin, MD. - Linens are provided (yay!), but you will need to make up the beds.- The house uses physical keys, which you may or may not like. The office was very kind in giving us enough sets.We had a great trip, and would work with this company again if we returned to the area!

The property definitely looked better online than in person. Needs some updating and needs new kitchen glassware - all were melted from dishwasher. Beds were comfortable but found underwear and tampon applicators in bedroom drawer-left from prior renter. Neighborhood was convenient to nice restaurants and happy hours. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but the house needs some attention.
