From the moment you step through the door and see the view of the ocean over the dunes you know this is a little slice of heaven. The living room and master suite have floor to ceiling sliders that provide fantastic views. The condo is well equipped with everything you need for an extended stay. Plenty of linens, towels and kitchen supplies. The appliances are a bit dated but it perfect working order. The amenities are outstanding with resort style pools, beach walk overs and access to the intercostal through their sister property across the street. Gated security and underground parking garage are also a plusThe management company is fantastic. The best we’ve ever dealt with. We asked for an early check in, no problem. We had a minor maintenance issue with the TV, they were there in a flash. We asked for late check out, again no problem. If they can accommodate they do!Highly recommend Cinnamon Beach Vacation Rentals, Surf Club l unit 1204 and the Surf Club community.

This was a second stay at Surf Club. The condo is updated with everything you need. The coquina beach is breathtaking. The pools are all resort worthy.Dealing with Cinnamon Beach Vacations is a breeze with everything done online. But, with the added personal service only a phone call away. Highly recommend. We will be back.

The property shows pride of ownership throughout. Immaculate grounds and common areas. The unit we rented was well appointed with fairly new furnishing in all rooms. The appliances worked fine but were older than expected.The ocean view from the master and living area is fantastic. Beautiful Sunrise! Great location. A short drive to everything St Augustine and Palm Coast has to offer.A solid 4.5 Stars! A couple of things kept this from being a 5 star review. One of the three pools was closed for maintenance. A second pool was also closed for a few days for painting. We will definitely return.
