Our home boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, featuring shake shingles on the exterior that provide a rustic/cape cod aesthetic, while the interior exudes a unique modern flair. The tri-level stairs help to distinguish the various rooms. Downstairs, you'll find a spacious living room with plenty of seating and a television. A few steps up lead to a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area that accommodates 6 guests, and a bedroom with two queen beds and an attached bathroom. Additional chairs are available in the dining area. Upstairs, a loft with a television and sectional sofa is situated alongside a bedroom that contains full-size bunk beds, a twin trundle, and a private bathroom. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a television, and a private bathroom. Outside, a delightful open deck offers two chaise lounge chairs, a table seating six, and a charcoal grill. Additionally, the enclosed garage area is available for vehicles such as bikes and motorcycles. The newly paved street that leads to the beach is perfect for walking barefoot.
This rental provides parents and grandparents with a chic and sophisticated living space for entertaining and relaxation, while kids can enjoy miles of beach- a true paradise for them.
There's also plenty to explore in the surrounding area. Don't miss out on Washington Oaks, Flagler Beach, St. Augustine and Daytona, all offering plenty of excitement as well.

The house is perfect, such a great layout for a family. Love the hangout space upstairs. Such an easy walk to the beach. Great neighborhood. Our favorite - this was our second stay and we cant wait to visit again.

The beach house was a wonderful getaway with family and friends. The house decorations were impeccable. Melondie was great at responding to issues. Prior to arriving a storm came and knocked out the cable/WiFi. So, no TV and wifi. That made us talk even more. Such great memories were made and I will cherish them for my birthday even in the midst of a pandemic. This is an awesome beach house to stay at. It is totally worth every effort made to get there.
