The place was a perfect retreat for a couple families. The outdoor space was amazing with a firepit for the grown-ups and the expansive yard for the kids. The kids loved the zipline!

We really enjoyed out stay. Such a lovely setting. It was easy to drive to our destinations of the Ohio Renaissance Fari and Lebanon to go to dinner at The Golden Lamb. A great place for us to gather and relax. Had a fire at the fire pit every night. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and work a puzzle or watch TV. The host was very easy to reach and helpful. We look forward to coming back someday.

Great property for larger groups who all want their own space. Kitchen and living room were roomy and comfortable. They had everything we needed for an extended weekend stay. Great location in the woods that gave us privacy but a lot of outdoor space. Fire pit is a great touch and the zip line was fun even for adults. The home was very clean and the check in/check out instructions were simple and easy.

Just Amazing! This gorgeous gem reminded me of the Berkshires! The farm house is immaculate and so inviting. The beds are super comfortable and every window has a spectacular view! I would give it AWe loved, loved the zip line. The property that the home is situated on is breathtaking! We really enjoyed sitting around the fire pit and telling stories. I would choose this place again and again! Thank you for such a wonderful experience and an amazing home!

A fantastic experience! This property is amazing! We were able to gather a large family and have plenty of space. The location is convenient to grocery stores but also within short drives to anywhere in the Dayton area such as Boonshoft Discovery Museum, Dayton Dragons baseball, Air Force museum and more. The owner/host was incredible and responded so fast with any need or request we had. A truly 5 star stay and we’re looking forward to booking again!

We came to Xenia for the long weekend to attend my daughter's graduation in Dayton. This was the perfect location as it was only 25 minutes away from her school and it was about 10 minutes away from stores, restaurants, and anything we needed. The property itself was stunning and very clean! The hosts thought of everything and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend staying here if you're ever in the area and we would def stay here again!

Although we had an issue with the home being cleaned in preparation for our arrival, this was not at the fault of the owner and they were genuinely apologetic and beyond accomodating. I gave cleanliness 5 stars because outside of this the house was clean and organized. The home was very spacious and comfortable. Although it was December the kids enjoyed the wonderful outside settng. Would very a great place to come with a group of friends or family and just hang out. If you have to go into town like we did, it is an easy drive. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous property. House is very nice. I would suggest adding a few more plates and silverware. There were 8 of us and we had to run the dishwasher everyday after lunch and dinner even if it wasn't full. It really wasn't a big deal though. We had one situation which the host had great response time on and got the problem fixed very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

We came to Bellbrook for my daughter’s wedding. The house is spacious and well stocked, and the surrounding property is beautiful ! It served well for a 4th of July cookout (loved the zip line), and the patio was the perfect spot to have breakfast with our daughter the morning of her wedding. Michael was easy to reach and very responsive when we encountered a few hiccups during our stay. We had only one regret about the trip….that we didn’t book the house for an extra few days to unwind after the wedding! We hope to visit again soon!

We stayed in this beautiful property during the week and weekend of our daughter’s wedding. Mike and his team are FABULOUS and so hospitable! He even delivered firewood for us for a bonfire! The house is spacious, well equipped and decorated so beautifully. What an elegant and relaxing way to prepare for and celebrate with our daughter. We will definitely be back when visiting the newlyweds!

Beautiful place for 8 women cyclists riding the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trails out if Xenia Station. Mattresses and bedding were super comfortable for sleeping after 50+ mile rides. The house is a beautifully remodeled farmhouse with big eat in kitchen making it great to connect with the group as we cooked and ate. Super comfortable. As I mentioned the group was 8 women- we could have used a few more towels and additional silverware as well as dishtowels but that was minor compared to the comfort and surrounding beauty at this home.

This was our second time staying here and we highly recommend! Host has thought of everything to help guests have an enjoyable time with high quality mattresses, sheets, towels, kitchen equipment, furniture, entertainment, etc. Even the adults could enjoy the zip line! Loved time with family outside in the mornings/evenings with everyone as the outdoor property is also beautiful and peaceful just like the inside.

The house was wonderful to stay in. Big kitchen with updated appliances and a gas grill to do family meals. My family used it all and ended the night at the fire pit. The zipline, board games, & Cornhole kept us entertained. The house was clean, roomy, and somehow felt cozy. The hosts were super sweet and left us a welcome basket of Dayton treats that we all devoured. I would highly recommend it for a family or friends get away.

The house was very nicely remodeled with 5 large bedrooms. The hosts provided a nice welcome basket. The outdoor space was great to watch the eclipse from, and they had an awesome firepit. The zip-line was a hit with our 9 and 6 year old, and their 78 and 64 year old grandfathers also gave it a try. Conveniently located to visit Dayton and the airforce museum. I'd like to try the nearby canoe charter if we ever return.

We were visiting family stationed at Wright Paterson. This property was close enough to Dayton and Beavercreek that the commute was 20 minutes or less for family to meet us. It was a little hard to find at first as it sits far back from the road and the driveway is not obvious and accesses other properties. The lot is very big and neighbors are out of site. The outdoor fire pit was great and we spent several evenings around a fire. The zipline was a blast (try it at night for an extra thrill). The Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had the majority of what we needed to prepare meals. Appliances are new. Plenty of plates and utencils. We very much enjoyed our stay. Some more detailed instructions on how to find the property would help. We were also unsure of the property lines when we were exploring the site.

This place was perfect for our Christmas getaway! The owners have a well-equipped kitchen - very important for me. Appliances were also top notch and new. Everything in working order. The beds were also very comfortable and beautiful rooms and bathrooms. One thing that surprised me was that the owners encouraged you to use whatever they had in the pantry if we needed (spices, oil, etc). Sometimes you just need a dash of pepper, you know? All of the bathrooms had shampoos, conditioners, toilet paper, lotion… above and beyond what other hosts offer. They also had high chair and pack and play if you needed. Very considerate, generous and thoughtful hosts! The only thing that maybe I should mention is that the trash was to be left in the garage. The previous renters’ trash was still there so adding the new trash created by 10 of us soon became stinky. I am thinking that maybe because of the holidays, the hosts hadn’t been able to take care of it before we arrived. Overall, really not much to complain about but a lot to praise. We will definitely be renting again from this host.

Close enough to Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus for our sightseeing trips. Only difficulty was finding the thermostat for the downstairs..(our fault for not calling).

This home is nestled in the woods with plenty of privacy and beautiful views of the surroundings. Our family enjoyed the wood burning fireplace, fully appointed kitchen and the comfortable and spacious sleeping accommodations. The warm and clean interior design welcomed us immediately. Bottom line: This property had the nicest toilet paper of any vacation rental we've stayed at. Appreciated the attention to detail.
