About this house rental

This spacious 1880 Victorian home is located in Wilmington, within walking distance to restaurants, bars and the entertainments district. Just a short 8 minute drive to the World Equestrian Center. This former law office in Wilmington for 50 years, we have converted the home into a beautiful 5 bedroom STR. Featuring 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths with walk-in showers, a comfortable living room upstairs and downstairs and a large full service kitchen .

The house is fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were met with so many thoughtful details. The coffee bar and snack station, candy dishes, special greeting on the chalkboard, fluffy towels and make up cloths, nice toiletries and a surplus of kitchen supplies. We were thrilled with all of the amenities and especially loved the spacious bedrooms and nicely updated bathrooms. Everything was very thoughtfully curated. We also had terrible winter weather and our walkway was shoveled and de-iced in the morning. The best was that the house was decorated for Christmas so it made our stay very cozy and special. Thank you for your hospitality. We definitely plan to return. :)
