About this cottage rental
This pleasant 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom cottage is pet friendly and is located very close to Lake Sumter Landing in the Village of Amelia. Conveniently located near Amelia Adult Pool and the Coconut Cove Family Pool and Rec Center. Also very close to Malory Country Club.
Enjoy your fine cooked meals with friends and family at the dining table that comfortably seats six and/or the breakfast bar which seats four. The kitchen provides ample amount of counter space, cabinet space and comes equipped with everything you may need to prepare meals. The living room includes a large comfortable couch and a recliner as well as a large flat screen tv.
The master bedroom includes a Queen size bed, a flat screen tv, dresser space and a walk in closet. Master bedroom also has a sliding glass door leading out to lanai. The en-suite master bathroom provides ample counter and cabinet space and walk in shower. The guest bedroom supplies a queen sized bed and dresser and closet space.
The spacious lanai has a table with four chairs and additional seating, and features an outdoor ceiling fan to give a comfortable breeze.

We loved our stay! Everything was lovely. This host had everything we could need! Sometimes two of everything! The home was well taken care of and very homey! We liked the location too. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Joe!

Waiting for our home to finish in The Villages. Rented for 4 weeks and was able to get our new home ready before we moved in. Enjoyed our cozy home, just bring food, and proximity to Lk Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs. We’re able to explore that area before moving into our new home which is the southern most part of The Villages! Thank you Johnston’s for your allowing your home to be cat friendly, they loved the porch!
