This historic loft apartment affords a walkable locale just two blocks from iconic Pack Square. Specialty wine and chocolate shops can be found just around the corner. You'll also find abundant restaurants, art galleries, shops, museums, and theaters all within walking distance. Notable attractions like the Asheville Pinball Museum, Basilica of Saint Lawrence, and Appalachian Craft Center are all within a short stroll. The Biltmore Estate is only five miles from your front door. The apartment is also a great home base for day trips to hiking and marveling at the gorgeous Appalachian scenery.
Beautifully renovated, your vacation rental features gorgeous details like exposed brick, high ceilings, and original hardwood floors. The main living area showcases the space's historic details and cozy ambiance. This social space is furnished with a sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a TV. A den offers even more room to entertain. Relax on two plush chairs and watch movies on the 32-inch TV with a DVD player. Whip up tasty dishes in the updated kitchen, detailed with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Access to this unit is around the back of the building and requires entrance through the gated patio of the local restaurant. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
Parking notes: No parking available.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Activities was for all ages and everything was right there together and I love the down town at night was beautiful

The good - the pictures were accurate and we were able to check in early. The loft was clean and well-appointed. Other reviews mentioned parking issues - but we were able to park at a metered spot on the street without much difficulty.
The bad - The entrance to the loft is through a back alley. You will need to drag your luggage through a lively bar patio. The night we stayed - the bar closed at midnight - but the patio was still going strong at 2 a.m. We chose to put the adults in the bedroom facing the bar patio. The noise was louder than expected. A noise machine was provided in that bedroom for this reason.
But what took us by surprise was the amount of noise that came through the wall from the adjacent apartments - especially in the 2nd bedroom where our 10 and 12-year-old stayed. You could hear every word of every conversation from the loft next door - yelling, laughing, singing, etc. The kids were exhausted and could not sleep until the neighbors went to bed - which on a Friday night was quite late. There was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment during the night.
