The loft is so cute! It was the perfect size for 4 adults. We loved the location - it was both within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops and removed enough to be quiet at night.

1st time in town - found parking right in front. Area is active..loud...we liked it. Enjoy your self in this great property.

Very cool refurbished warehouse turned vaca spot. Authentic brick walls and original hardwood and pine floors are attractive. Kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook. We didn't during this stay. Two comfortable bedrooms were fine, and there are no complaints about the beds. HOWEVER, there were some issues. #1 is that upon arriving, there was trash on the kitchen bar along with a dirty, wadded up towel. Gross! #2, we were never able to access internet. An attempt was made by a Vicasa contractor to reboot and reset the router, but it was never successful. He eventually texted the password to the unit upstairs, but we were never able to access this network either. Not cool! #3, there was very limited parking on the street, and the city starts ticketing at 8am for overnight parked cars. Would have been nice to know this before receiving our $20 ticket. Finally, in this area, there is a very active homeless population, and even with very cold temperatures at night, a lot of noise and activity outside our unit, including attempts to open the locked door on two occasions. The location was certainly as advertised; i.e., walking distance to the River Arts District. But just be aware of what that means in terms of nighttime activity. All in all, an ok place to stay...
