Kiahuna Plantation Resort is the only beachfront condominium resort in Poipu. The plantation style architecture is surrounded by over thirty acres of lagoons, lily and koi ponds, swaying palms, tropical flowers, fruit trees, orchids, and plumeria trees accented by meticulously maintained lawns. The white sands of Kiahuna Beach are perfect for a day at the beach and the blue crystal waters are ideal for swimming, surfing, snorkeling, and more.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.
The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. Our collections of rentals are professionally managed by in-house staff with a commitment to personalized service, fine attention to detail and a true sense of Aloha. Management was was quick and friendly, responding to my inquiries.Beachfront location is very nice EXCEPT people walking right in front of the lanai/front yard! They need to block off that access!!

It was everything that was advertised. The only gripe I have is on the final day it seems the code to the condo was changed before we were required to leave the unit.

Ocean right outside your door! The only thing I might change is getting a high top for the lanai so you can see the ocean over the hedge. But overall, wonderful spot!

You can't beat this location, about 10 feet from the beach, but for the amount we paid per night I would expect more. The dining room chairs are worn, the tile in the kitchen and on the outside patio is cracked, the refrigerator and stove are rusty and the wood trim was beat up and dusty. On the plus the bedroom and living room furniture were quite nice and the house is well stocked with dishes, towels, beach chairs, etc. Again, though, it's just too much $ for the negatives.
