It's all about the location, views, and our new remodeled unit! Located in building 7, one of the smaller buildings with only 6 condos, you are in the heart of this oceanfront resort and steps from the beach!
Remodeled kitchen and bathroom, all new flooring throughout, new bedroom furniture, new living and dining room furniture, brand new 55" Smart TV, new art and accessories! All to be enjoyed with an amazing oceanview and AC!

What a beautiful condo in an excellent location with the most gorgeous view of palm trees and the ocean!! Pictures don’t do the view justice. It’s way better in person. All of the decor is designed perfectly and in excellent condition. It all felt brand new. I wish I could live here. It was so relaxing. The king bed provided us with the best sleep ever! The host has provided every amenity you could imagine. They provided an ice chest, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, books, games, steamer for your clothes, ironing board, iron and the list goes on. The air conditioning makes a huge difference in Kauai. My husband looked for a long time to find a beautiful condo, with an ocean view and air conditioning at a reasonable price. This place was the gem of all gems!! The grounds are quiet at night and we never heard any noise from any of the other units. The host Deena and Steve are amazing and so easy to communicate with. Deena always responded to any questions quickly and kindly. She had a note book in the condo with suggestions of great places to eat and places to visit. Plus, everything else you would ever need to know which was greatly appreciated. If you are lucky enough to find this amazing condo in your search, you do not need to look any farther! Thank you Deena and Steve for the most amazing stay!! We will definitely be back!!

This apartment was perfect. Set is a beautifully landscaped resort, with gorgeous views across the lawn to the sea. Plenty of space and recently renovated to provide everything you need for a comfortable and easy stay. Smooth check-in/out and a towel change mid-stay. We loved it here and would highly recommend it. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything about the property itself was great - the location was sub-par. Property was clean & well serviced. Communications were great. Bed was comfortable. The location was not much better than being on a cruise ship. You are among tourists in a condo that has a far off view of the ocean (obviously on a cruise ship, your views are closer). Since it is privately owned, there is no hotel service - you are pretty much on your own, but paying hotel prices. The biggest downside of this place is that Poipu is marketed as an awesome destination vacation, but the beauty of the island is better seen and experienced from other shores (we liked the North Shore) - NOT Poipu which is a commercial tourist trap.
