About this house rental
This is a place where wonderful things happen:) Here you will find something for the whole family. Watch the birds and fish, swing and enjoy nature, let the kids jump on a trampoline, play basketball. Relax and get refreshed.
Because this is a rural area, the cell phone reception is not so good in some areas of the house, especially downstairs. TV works well and texting works everywhere. WiFi is good.
We ask our guests to agree to our house rules and sign a Liability Waiver before checking in. There are outside security cameras for the property protection purposes only.

This unique place was able to accomadate our large group of sixteen for a family reunion at Lewisville Park. We appreciated the well stocked and equiped kitchen. I even made two pies for our picnic. The house was clean and well stocked. Our host, Elena made contact as needed, we apprecited her. Gerry
