This second-floor condo includes a direct, beach-facing balcony, a well-equipped kitchenette, a pub-height dining table - perfect for meals or rainy day games - and an inviting living space with a sofa bed and a cable TV.
On-site, you and your guests will enjoy various resort amenities, including six outdoor pools, one indoor pool, a fitness room, eight tennis courts, and a putting green!
THINGS TO KNOW
The kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator, a two-burner cooktop, two coffee makers, a microwave/convection oven combo, and a dishwasher.
There are shared laundry facilities on the ground floor.
Beach chairs can be rented on the beach during the spring and summer.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfcet location. Perfect price. Condo was exactly as pictured. Cute,clean and comfy, 3 C's bit I'd gove it an A. Came home smiling and telling everyone

Great view from balcony, Some of the lights did not work, one by bed flashed and one by TV was not plugged in.
Room very small, got the impression it was geared more to kids, sleeping arrangements kind of indicated this. Did not realized there was a $35 parking fee that had to be paid to even come on the property. Not to many close restaurants. Most eating places are in Gulf Shores about 14 miles away. The room was clean and comfortable, only one wash cloth provided.
