Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very convenient access to the beach. Place was spacious. Kitchen utensils were very good. Views from upper floors on beach side were excellent. Easy access to unit in rear under unit. Pool was clean provided covered tables. Internet was good. Only issue was some areas were not properly cleaned. Bedrooms were comfortable. Would rent again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful 4-bedroom oceanfront property! The location truly cannot be beat - waking up to those stunning ocean views every morning was pure magic. The house was spotlessly clean and perfectly maintained throughout our visit.
One of the biggest highlights was the convenience factor. Being so close to the bridge made check-in and departure incredibly smooth and stress-free. No dealing with heavy traffic or complicated routes - just easy access that let us focus on enjoying our vacation.
The pool area was a hidden gem! We loved having it practically to ourselves most of the time, and the private backyard space provided the perfect spot to unwind and relax away from the crowds. It felt like having our own personal oasis right by the ocean.
The combination of the prime oceanfront location, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities made this rental exceed all our expectations. We're already planning our return trip! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a premium Ocean City experience.

Two families stayed with 4 teen boys. Loved the location, place was clean, plenty of room. Only complaint was the top bunk bed was so bad the springs were coming through and could not be used. Luckily we had a spare air matress.
