A short walk to the popular Bardstown Road restaurants and shops, as well as just a block from Olmsted-designed Cherokee Park, this stunning home will be perfect for your weekend getaway with friends or family.
The first-floor features a chef's kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances including two ovens, ample cabinetry and a huge center island for entertaining. It adjoins the spacious family room with French doors to the quaint, fenced-in side yard. You'll love playing the role of bartender in the custom butler's pantry with a wine fridge and ice maker. Another living room with cozy fireplace, decorative (non-working) antique piano, dining room, half bathroom with Gucci heron wallpaper, and a screened-in porch complete this level.
Upstairs, you'll find the primary suite (king bed) with adjoining bathroom that boasts dual sinks, soaking tub, large shower and professionally-designed closet. Above the garage, there is another suite (king bed) with sitting area, large closet and private full bathroom. We had such a wonderful stay for Derby weekend. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our trip. They went above and beyond with excellent recommendations that really elevated our experience.The house itself is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a special weekend. What made it even more memorable were the charming Derby touches throughout the home, which created such a fun and festive atmosphere.It truly felt like the perfect place to celebrate the weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely return!

We stayed at this home over Derby weekend with three couples, and it was perfect for our group. The house was newly renovated, very clean, and thoughtfully laid out so each couple had their own space. The hosts (Mark and Logan) were incredibly communicative and made everything easy from start to finish. Truly above and beyond. Neighborhood is safe and great - a couple nice coffee spots down the street and close to the Friday night Barnstable Brown Party (we could walk to/from, but far enough away that we didn’t hear the noise/music). We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful house that exceeded our expectations. The decour was very cool. I need to hire whomever decorated this place! Host was wonderful and the neighborhood was really nice. Highly recommend!

It is beyond charming and close to parks, restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay there every time I am back in Louisville! We were 8 adults in town for the KY Derby.
